Molecular Care is a startup placed at Department of Biochemistry, University of Agriculture Faisalabad offering Diagnostics, Sample Analysis and Trainings. The facility needs hiring of different positions from time to time on need-basis such as Pathologist, Managers (Diagnostics/ Trainings/Research and Marketing), Lab Technologist, Accountant/Office Assistant, Analyst, Marketing Assistant, Phlebotomist, Receptionist, Research Assistant, Laboratory Assistant, Office Assistant, Data entry operator and Web Developer. The hiring for Pathologists and Managers will be made on incentive basis out of the activities generated. Rest of the hiring will be made on contract or hourly basis. Remunerations will be negotiable. The qualifications for the positions of Pathologist, Lab Technologist and Phlebotomist will be as per PMDC requirement. Managers Diagnostics, Trainings and Research should preferably be PhDs or MPhils with relevant experience. All other positions should have enough experience in the relevant fields. Decision by the CEO of Molecular Care will be final and could not be challenged anywhere.
